This full refurbishment transformed a dated 3-bed bungalow into a stunning 4-bed family home, blending modern design with practical living. We stripped the property back to its bare bones and rebuilt it with a loft conversion, rear extension, and two en-suite bathrooms, maximizing space and functionality.
The project also included a fully habitable garden room, ideal for a home office or guest space, and complete landscaping of the front driveway and rear garden, enhancing both curb appeal and outdoor living.

This project transformed a 3-bed semi-detached home into a spacious 5-bed, 2-bath, 1 en-suite family residence, designed for both style and functionality.
